‍Returns Policy
If you wish to return a product that we carry in stock that is not faulty or damaged, we will accept it for credit/refund within 7 days. The product must be in its original condition. Products that are not in their original condition will not be accepted for return. This includes products that have been installed or painted.

Please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply and freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. No returns can be accepted for any special orders.

Business Policies
All orders are subject to our terms and conditions (below). These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Applicable Conditions‍

1. These conditions shall not affect the buyer’s statutory rights as a consumer.
2. The Seller shall sell and the Buyer shall purchase the products in accordance with any written or verbal quotation of the Seller which is accepted by the Buyer, or any written or verbal order of the Buyer which is accepted by the Seller including orders placed using the Seller’s electronic online ordering service, orders placed via the telephone, facsimile, written or other means. Any such orders will be subject in any case to these conditions. These conditions shall govern the contract to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions subject to which any such quotation is accepted or purported to be accepted, or any such order is made or is purported to be made, by the Buyer.
3. Any typographical or clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by the Seller shall be subject to correction if required, without any liability on the part of the Seller.
4. If any provision of these conditions is adjudged invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of these conditions and the remainder of those provisions in question shall not be affected.
5. If the Seller is for any reason not able to supply the goods ordered by the Buyer then any sum paid by the Buyer will be refunded or re-credited to your account and the Seller will notify you at the address given by you in your order form and or via electronic mail. The refund will be made as soon as is possible and, in any event, within 10 days of the reason becoming apparent and the Seller will not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.

Terms of Product Purchase‍

The Agreement
In addition to the Terms of Use, these terms and conditions set out the additional terms and conditions under which you may purchase from Craftbuilt Industries products appearing on this website. By completing the customer application process and purchasing products from this website, an agreement exists between you and Craftbuilt Industries once Craftbuilt Industries accepts an order. Each accepted order is a separate agreement.

Customer Application
You must complete the customer application process before placing any orders. You warrant that all information and data provided by you is accurate, complete and up to date. You will promptly notify Craftbuilt Industries if there is any change to this information or data. You must take responsibility for the safekeeping of your username and password, as you are liable if an unauthorised person uses your username and password.

Orders
You place an order with Craftbuilt Industries by selecting products and pressing the “purchase now” button on the checkout page. Craftbuilt Industries reserves the right to accept or reject an order for any reason including without limitation, unavailability of product; an error in the price, image or the product description; or error in your order. Orders are deemed received by Craftbuilt Industries at the time of successful transmission of the order, and you will thereafter be unable to cancel the order to the extent permitted by law. Orders are deemed accepted by Craftbuilt Industries upon Craftbuilt Industries acknowledging such order or failing to reject such order within 14 days. We only accept orders from mainland New Zealand. “Free shipping” is only valid for New Zealand.

Product Availability
Craftbuilt Industries uses its best endeavours to ensure products ordered will arrive on the estimated time. Please pay attention to the “lead time estimation” indicated on each product page.

Payment
You must pay for your products purchased on this website at the time of placing an order. We accept Paypal and bank wire.

Variation of Products and Price
Craftbuilt Industries may vary the prices on this website at any time, and prices are subject to change until you have paid for the products in full.

Professional Discounts
As retailers/distributers Craftbuilt Industries may offer professional discounts (interior designers, architects), that will be evaluated case by case.If is that the case, please send an e-mail to info@craftbuilt.co.nz and we will analyse and assign a discount.

Delivery
Delivery times are an estimative – it could delay 1 week, at least. If you need any item before the estimated date, please get in touch info@craftbuilt.co.nz. That situation happens do to the delivery methods (air/sea). Please note that to purchase products, your delivery address must be within a suburb where Craftbuilt Industries provides delivery. Orders will not be processed for delivery to an address in a suburb not in Craftbuilt Industries delivery area. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to your nominated delivery address, and title passes upon payment for the products in full.

Customer Product Review Terms and Conditions
These Terms of Use govern your conduct associated with the Product Review service (the “PR Service”) offered by Craftbuilt Industries. To the extent of any conflict between Craftbuilt Industries Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use, these Terms of Use shall control with respect to the PR Service.
By submitting any content to Craftbuilt Industries, you represent and warrant that:

• you are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights thereto;
• all “moral rights” that you may have in such content have been voluntarily waived by you;
• all content that you post is accurate;
• you are at least 18 years old;

You agree to indemnify and hold Craftbuilt Industries harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.For any content that you submit, you grant Craftbuilt Industries a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.

All content that you submit may be used at Craftbuilt Industries sole discretion. Craftbuilt Industries reserves the right to change, condense or delete any content on Craftbuilt Industries´ website that Craftbuilt Industries deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use. Craftbuilt Industries does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through Craftbuilt Industries to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Ratings and written comments are generally posted within two to four business days. However, Craftbuilt Industries reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not Craftbuilt Industries, are responsible for the contents of your submission.

None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Craftbuilt Industries.
